Agreement Between Rake of Spades and the User

The Rake of Spades programs are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Rake of Spades programs and the RakeofSpades.com web site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Privacy

We will never sell or otherwise divulge your email address, name or player ID with anyone. We only require information that is needed in order to give you your earned rebates.

Security

We will never ask you for any of passwords for your poker room accounts or any other accounts. All transfers are made over secure connections where any of your information will not be at risk.

Modification of These Terms and Conditions

Rake of Spades reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Rake of Spades programs are offered. These updates will take effect as soon as they are posted here. Please note that the rates of rake rebate we pass on to you are determined by the rate of commission that we get from the poker rooms. We reserve the right to change the structure of our rake rebate programs due to changes in commission rates given to us by the poker rooms, charges and fees charged by the poker rooms or unforseen changes related to our programs. The user will be notified of any and all changes as soon as possible.

Chargebacks and Payment

All poker rooms have the right to withhold payments from Rake of Spades in the event that there is reason to believe that a player is using their poker account for fraudulent purposes. In this event they may refuse to release commission to us. While these events are rare, they are nonetheless possible and Rake of Spades reserves the right to pass these delays on to the clients if necessary. If for any reason Rake of Spades is not able to give the user their earned rake rebate, due to failure to provide necessary information, meet conditions of use or other reasons, said rebate will be held over until payment can be made. If you feel that the amount of rake you have generated in any given month is wrong, you will need to consult directly with the poker room before talking to Rake of Spades. In order for a player to receive payments, Rake of Spades needs to access online reports from the Poker Rooms they are affiliated with. These reports in the various forms show some or a combination of the following information: player name, player ID, number of raked hands played, rake contribution generated in a given month, overall rake generated. By signing up with a poker room for a rake rebate through Rake of Spades you are granting us permission to view these reports and are also granting permision for the respective poker room to allow us access to see said reports and the information contained therein.

Bonuses and Transaction Charges

All rake rebate payments are calculated after sign-up or player retention bonuses, any other site give-aways and transaction charges have been deducted by the respective poker rooms. All negative net rake contributions for any payment period are carried forward to the next period.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

As a condition of your use of the Rake of Spades programs, you warrant to Rake of Spades that you will not use the Rake of Spades for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. It is your duty when signing up to a poker room to make sure that you are not contravening any rules they have governing an account on their network.
