How Bonuses Affect Rakeback Payments

It is the policy of the poker rooms to deduct bonuses, along with other fees from every player's total rake contribution. While this is the case, players still get more back with bonuses and rakeback than with only a bonus or only rakeback.

For example, say you contribute $500 and redeem $100 in bonus dollars this month at Titan Poker where you get 30% rakeback. Your rakeback payment will be calculated as ($500 - $100) * 30% = $120. In total, you would receive $220 back in rakeback and bonuses.

Please note that because bonuses work this way, it is possible to have negative rake when redeeming more in bonuses than you contribute in rake in a certain period. We will never charge you if this is the case, our services are always free.

Had you not redeemed the bonus dollars, your rakeback payment would be calculated as $500 * 30% = $150. It would be a little higher without the bonus, but of course, you wouldn't have the $100 in bonus dollars.

These bonuses and fees are worked into our commissions and it is not our policy deduct them from your total rake contribution, but the individual poker room's. Therefore, we make less money, as well as you get paid less in rakeback when poker rooms offer bonuses (and charge fees). However, you have the advantage of keeping the bonus dollars, so it works out to your benefit in the end to redeem bonuses.
